In some countries, paypal account holders get notified by their bank that the account belongs to someone else. some well connected powerful people manipulate the system to fake paypal account ownership, get government jobs. Do you face this problem in your country?

I think this is the work of some hackers. Some hackers hack people's PayPal account.
