What's the best / worst practical joke that you've played on someone or that was played on you?

I think telling my friend her sister had accident just to see her reaction was the worse for me. That was a very expensive prank

My pranks usually involve people not knowing I'm there, and then suddenly speaking up and suprising them, or suddenly showing up at the "wrong time" in the conversation and having them freak out over what they just said. Pretty fun to do that if done correctly.
