Favourite sleep position

I love sleeping on my tummy. It's so comfortable and relaxing. Other positions I end up tossing and turning.

I like that too but the best position is sleeping on the left side of your stomach but I prefer on the right side but I think best is to sleep well and we can adjust the position with time

I also prefer this and if I need to sleep on my back then I may not be able to sleep but it's not easy to change our sleeping position and takes time and effort

Before I can be able to sleep I must always lay flat on my tummy otherwise it is going to be very difficult for me to sleep at all.

I have slept in this position a couple of times but my blood flow always get obstructed and it pains me a lot.
