Flat or Villa?

Which is more beneficial, a flat or an individual villa?

Inwould choose the villa any day. Villa screams money and luxury.

We need to look at our bank balance and plan accordingly and yes many people have started to look at villas more as they manage to get financial assistance

I believe that it is something to do with what you can be able to afford because both of them are actually good in their own way but I believe that a flat will be more convenient for me right now.

I will go with a villa that will accommodate my family

Everybody loves comfort and luxury except the person is a monk. . Villa is everybody's dream but it will cost money. Personally, it is my desire to build a villa that will be a tourist attraction after I have lived my life incwalth and comfort.

Most people in my city can just afford to live in a flat. Living in a villa is a luxury. Only the rich can afford that.

How about flat in villa? I my country become popular build a villa but separated in 4-5 flats. It is like building but much smaller and so there is less problems with neighbours.

If you live in a villa in my country, you must be extremely rich. I and my siblings live in a flat.

I think villa would be nice because the building exist in your own land and you can make any changes you want, which is not possible if you own a flat.
