Forgery is a crime and whoever is doing this wills serve his crime. It is serious and punishable. There are signatures easy to imitate especially this time when one can use digital applications. In fact, I was a victim of this forgery. My housing unit was taken out by a culprit who knew my signature. He was supposed to serve years in jail but he begged me to forgive him. His intention was to sell my unit but he was caught and served jail for 48 hours before I have forgiven him. My signature is easy to imitate but despite that, he was not able to capture the secret stroke of my signature. Forgery of signature is done by a person without the consent of the authorized person. Forgery has a direct connection to business records which would lead to fraud because the criminals create the same strokes of the owner's signature.

There are types of forgeries: 1. simulated/ copied forgery/ forgery by memory 2. traced forgery 3. freehand forgery ( forgery without model/ impersonation 4. transplanting revenue stamps bearing a genuine signature and 5 erasures and alteration in documents. We need to know all these types of forgeries especially if we have a business. We should never forge a signature or a document for personal reasons. There are other items that could be forged like diplomas, transcripts of records, birth certificates, marriage certificates, insurance or check fraud. Many claim insurance benefits by forging the signatures of the beneficiaries, but there are no bad doings that will triumph.

They are doing this because of temptation. They are tempted to steal thru ding a fraudulent act of forging a signature and more.

This is a bad thing to do. For some companies, they can let the violator choose two options: to resign or force resignation. If I were in his or her shoe, I would rather resign not to have a bad record.
