Writing articles is going to improve your earnings there. You have to get approved as article writer there before you start writing for them.
I like FC. You just spend some time there making 10_15 posts and earn few cents. Then you are free to enjoy other sites

If it is not giving a fast earning, then I think, you just have to treat it as an extra side hustle and maybe try to find another sites that you can add for your extra earnings, that when you add up all your earnings, you wont feel that you earn slow.

It's not impossible. You just need to send a good article to them as sample for approval. You can provide link to any published articles of yours too. I am an approved article writer there. And I have published a few articles there.
