FTP client not working on computer

Suddenly the FTP client is not working on the computer , the connection is not getting established and I cannot upload any file. Even if I use Filezilla the connection is not established. Any help to fix the problem will be greatly appreciated.

Does it send some error code? Try login to Cpanel and use online FTP uploader like MonstaFTP. if you can't login to cpanel then entire server is down and you can't do anything expect wait for admin to fix it.

You have to check and see if the server you are trying to connect is working. The server being on a downtime can cause challenges with the FTP not to work.

FileZilla doesn't work for me too either. So it is better to use Cure FTP as it is working with slow internet connection and low RAM however FileZilla needs more memory to run doesn't work for slow PC.

It's very high time to contact the support on the server provider.
This something that can be easily fixed by the serve service providers within no time in the matter of fact.

Sometimes even the support is just normal agents like you and not developers who have a set of ready answers to reply to the people and doesn't know technical terms as well. This is the reality for so many companies.

Sometimes there is a problem with the ISP or the mobile hotspot which is being used. After the connection changed , the FTP was working for some sites, and servers, though there are problems with other clients

I really do not know much about all these stuffs. The best help i could give to you is to advice you to contact the support on the server provider. I believe they would be of better help.

If you connection with your ISP, when you get it back you will get new dynamic IP address (same is for hotspot). In that case you must reconnect with server using FTP client. Old session iwth old IP will just for few minutes and they will stop.

Restarting and switching off the laptop and waiting for like five minutes before re-opening it can always help to fix this kind of bug in the computer for that matter.

I have restarted the computer repeatedly, I am still not able to connect using FTP, there may be a problem with the internet connection. I will try with another computer, I do not use a laptop at present since they are very expensive.
