Fun ways to inculcate exercises into your daily routine

Sometimes you need to have your exercise in a fun way so that you enjoy it and find passion to continue at it. For me I take leisure walk some days. How about you?

That is correct. You must make your workouts more fun and exciting so you will be more motivated to move more.

I take a 30-45 min leisure work very morning. Also, when I do stretch exercises, I play music. That would add fun to my exercise.
