most of the dishes i make i add crushed ginger and crushed garlic. I love how they both switch up the taste of my meals. When i have the flu i add ginger in hot water and add halls sweets and i will be cured in no time.

Garlic in food does not taste bad and when its cooked it won't taste awful but its fine if you don't like Garlic in your dishes and I also prefer ginger more

ooo yes I just love the test of ginger
using regularly with my food it's test awesome and also good for health and mostly helpful with cold and coughs.

It tastes really good and when added to a dish it also makes it suitable for us and treat the digestion related issues so you should add these
I will follow your advice and I will start using it since it treats digestion related issues. I have read that ginger speeds up digestion and can be beneficial for people with indigestion.

Yes it does help and in India we also eat pickle made of ginger and it tastes just delicious but we should have it in Less quantity in summers and in winters we can have it in more.

As far as I'm concerned the smell of garlic is always awful whenever it's cooked or not cooked as well.
