Good customer service or the Quality of your products

As an entrepreneur or business owner, which would you consider to be more important between having a good customer service or quantity products and services?
Personally i believe both plays a major role and cannot do without the other. Having a good customer service does not mean you should not have quality services and vise versa.

As an entrepreneur both of the two variables are very important to consider. One may have the best quality kind of products but not make more sales if their customer care services are poor.

One cannot be substituted for the other as the two are compliments. No matter how good your customer service is, a low quality product would make them not to come back. No matter how high the quality of your products is, a tardy customer service would always leave a bad impression that would make the customer not to come back.
