Hacker uploading malware on my cpanel webhosting account

I am finding that a hacker is uploading malware on my cpanel webhosting account. I have a large number of webhosting accounts, yet he is only uploading for a specific account. What could be the motivation for uploading malware?

I am unsure what the motivation could be for someone doing this but it may be wise to speak with the hosting company you are with regarding this hacking and uploading malware as I am sure they can look into it and prevent it but also take things further if necessary.
