When I am still working in sales before, it is inevitable to experience this conflict. If I am not that strong enough to handle these conflicts, the projects would be failed in no time. Compromising is the key not to fail any projects in the company.

In the late 90s, Blockbuster, a thriving DVD rental business was about to acquire an emerging Netflix. A conflict ensued between the executives of both companies and the deal fell apart. Fast forward till today, Blockbuster has closed down as a business entity.

There are some kinds of conflicts that happens between the people who own the business that they will not want to do the busienss together again and it is definitely going to ruin the business

Conflicts should never be left to escalate before sorting out and solving the matter on ground, when conflicts go out of hand it may ruin business deals and lot more so the best thing is to make necessary steps in finding solution .

It should be sorted and be treated the way it should be. The boss should not judge the case in a way that it will favour one worker than the other. It should be judged accordingly

The truth of the matter is that when it comes to running a business, conflict would definitely come, no matter how hard you try to avoid it, it would come. The best thing to do would be to make sure you stay strong and to manage it so it won't have a lasting effect.

There is no how there will not be conflict. Different people will have different ideas so it may get other people angry because they did not make use of their ideas which may cause conflict

Two of my colleagues once hatched an idea to set up a jointly owned retail business. It happened that these colleagues owed me money that exceeded the amount that I was supposed to contribute as capital. After the two failed to reimburse me, the business idea died a natural death.

In retrospect, I am happy that I did not go into business with these untrustworthy people.

Well, you made the right choice there, they could actually Do the same to you when you go into business with those set of people and that is why it is important to know who to call a business partner.

It is common to have conflicts at workplace or between partners. When there is a conflict, try to resolve it before it escalates. The persons involved should understand each other's position and try to make a compromise.
