I have realized that its very difficult to most people to fulfill the purposes for taking of the loans. Most end up in spending the money on different things altogether and have difficult in repaying the loans.

That's one of the major reasons I don't want to take loans. You have to squeeze your budget and sometimes your loan get consumed on the other things except for the things loan was taken.

Every loan taken must be used immediately for the purpose it was taken. Diverting loan funds to other purposes is a recipe for disaster.
