Have you ever been food addicted?

For me l have never been in one way or the other experienced any food addiction for sure.

I don't think I have ever been addicted to food, but I love eating. Just not in a way that it has affected my life in any way, and I don't eat too much. Just enough to feel full for a while.

Yes, you can become addicted to food. Just like any other substance or behavior that triggers pleasure in the brain.
