Have You Ever Been Rated Badly By Your Client

Positive reviews are very important for getting clients as a freelancer. Even though we try hard to deliver the best work, sometimes clients are not happy and they give bad reviews. Has this happened to you?

I have experienced this once had an issue with a client. She wanted a mockup logo and didn't like what I sent, she got all angry and said a lot of things. I refunded the money but remade the design to prove to her that I can actually do it.

That's really bad. It is common for clients to not like your work but getting angry and too personal is not something that I would be tolerating.

I am always meticulous to understand clearly what the client needs and to deliver clearly according to the specifications.

I have never received bad reviews from a client before. When I was doing freelance writing, I used to be really careful in order to avoid such bad reviews. I would communicate well with clients and deliver my work on time having followed the instructions given.
