Have You Ever Benefited From Government Funds?

There are times when the federal government of Nigeria will decide to send funds to its citizens. It may be a little amount but it has some process and most registrations can be done online so you’d drop your account number and get paid.

Unfortunately, I have never benefited from it before because there are some of the links you’d click on and your phone will be hacked because those are fake links created by the scammers. If not for that, I’d have benefited from government funds.

Yes, during Pandemic, the economy was not good. In order to boost the economy, our government gave out cash vouchers (about $500) to every citizen. You have to use the vouchers to buy things, not putting them in a bank.

While I have been fortunate enough to be financially self-sufficient for most of my life, there was a period when I did rely on government assistance programs. After being laid off during the recession, unemployment benefits helped pay my bills until I could find a new job.
