Have you ever faced a crisis at work?

Yes! In several occasions I have encountered some crisis in my work due to negligence of my co-workers. Now, the management placed the blame on me because am their supervisor. It is quite unfortunate

Back then when i was working under someone, we have faced different issues before ranging from our worker misplacing a client products or delivering the wrong products especially when they need it for a very important event.

Of course yes.One day I accidentally misplaced a customers luggage.After spending much time on searching the luggage,it was found in someone's possession.I nearly lost my job that day because of that mistake.
