As far as I could remember, there were so many conflicts that I had with my colleagues before. There is one particular situation when a woman is pointing at me while I am with the other colleagues. This is unacceptable behavior. So, I call her attention to why she needs to do that. Then, I told her to talk to me directly if she had a problem with me.

Yes, of course, you have experienced conflicts with colleagues. He didn't like me when I was a new hire, but I didn't really pay much attention to his every reproach. I kept greeting and smiling at him, until after a while he melted with my kindness. And turned into the person who loves me the most, than his other co-workers.
I try as much as I can to adapt to people individually. But some co workers are just trouble personalities. I have had issues with one of such before.
I was the most senior head of department and most of the issues I used to have was about staff that refused to yield to instructions given. And it was always with the female staff that I had issues with.
When I was working in a restaurant, I ever got into an argument with a fellow waitress. She was so used to controlling people and dealing with things in a bad attitude rather than calmly. We got into an argument and it was not good. Thereafter, I just learnt to ignore her as she was always in a bad mood.
I seldom have conflicts with my co-workers. There were times we had disagreements. We resolve them through discussions. The only time I had conflict with a co-worker was she could not complete her job on time and she put the blame on me which I could not accept.
I have had conflicts with my co workers over the execution of jobs. But we got it sorted out as soon as that phase is completed. It is bound to happen at all workplaces.

That is the problem for some people who judge others so easily. They really need to know and be sensitive in dealing with different sets of people. I had experienced this before and ignore them. I do not need to please everybody.
That's right, he didn't like me at the first meeting, he judged me as a fool who couldn't work properly. Even though every new employee needs time to adapt and adjust to the company environment where he works, so when a small mistake occurs, I think it's still normal because I'm still learning.
I always mind my business whenever I come to work which is the reason why I have never had any kind of conflict with my co-workers because it will be the last thing that I would do at my workplace.
