I had so many suggestions or recommendations given to my previous companies. The one that stands out is the suggestion to invest in automated machines in a manufacturing company. It is the best option for them to lower the labor cost. In this way, the automated machines can do the job of our laborers. The downside is that the company needs to lay off people at the time.
