Have you ever thought about leaving your job due to a conflict at work?
It can happened to me if I think it is not right to work with an incompetent co-worker. In fact, I did resign due to an incompetent project manager. It is the best decision that I did at that time.
The good news is that I do not work in the corporate sector, so there is no conflict. I've been a freelancer online since 2008, so I only deal with my employer.
Workplace conflicts can undoubtedly take an emotional toll, and there have been instances where I've contemplated the idea of leaving my job as a result. before making any rash decisions, I try to step back and assess the situation objectively.
I used to have conflicts with co workers but that never made me nurse the idea of leaving the job. It is only when you have conflicts with top management that you should consider leaving.
