Some of my colleagues are considering to resign because of conflicts with their higher-ups. As a concern colleague, I explained to them that it is not a good thing to run away from a problem like this. They need to learn how to compromise and suggest things if it is possible.

i once left my work due to conflicts with management. It got so bad they accused me of theft. i ended up opening a case with the Labor department and i won the case and they where forced to pay me for the rest of my contract which was 9 months since i had opted to no longer work for them due to the conflicts and harassments and false accusations. i didn't trust them anymore. So i went home and received 9 months salary at a lumpsum plus my severance benefits. i found another job a few weeks later.
You are absolutely right. I agree with you. It is better to quit your job if the working environment is not the right one.
If I disagree with top management very often, I would quit and find another job.
Yes, I thought of leaving the job once I argued with my boss. But that was an impulsive decision, my boss didn't react at that time when I resigned and kept the resignation letter and after 2 days he called me and asked me about the resignation. After two days I realised that I should not run away like this. I should prove myself and ask my boss to tear off that resignation letter and he did the same. My boss was very understanding I came to know it that day.
When someone extra capable and do work nicely and management also appreciate his work then sometime some colleagues started making plan to create conflict and so the smart worker quit. One should see the conflict in this aspect too.
I do not bother myself if my boss has a toxic attitude because she is not the owner of my workplace. It is owned by the national government. Why should an employee resign? They could file a petition to remove their head of office. there is people power.
