If you own a rental property it is one of the surest way to make money passively but you need to engage in serious property Management and that is why you would see many rental property owner give the management of the property to an agent.

I have not rented any property yet, but I'll be doing that when I start my offline business idea. If there is enough money I may buy the property.

When we still have the family house, we used to let other people rent the apartments. I must say that it can be a passive income of doing so. In the future, I still want to have this kind of business.

Yeah, in my former apartment the landlord always rent a particular room out for short period of time. people who usually organise programs use that particular place to do so and I can say it is a very good passive income source.

I have never rented a property of mine to someone else but there was a time I did a party and I had to rent chairs for my people to sit on

Renting out a property is a great source of passive income. But you need a lot of money to buy a property. You also need to maintain the property in good condition before renting it out.

One from of investment i would definitely want to give a try is investing in real estate. I have always wanted to invest in this area. I do not have a property for rent right now but that might change with time.

I have been the one managing one of my father's properties. People think it is easy. Tenants with their different headaches. Some would even refuse to pay light bills and tell you to cut off their apartment.

It is a very good investment. It may not be investing in properties the need at the beach but it may be other properties for party.

I still manage those properties. I now set my rules before accepting any tenant. I am not in the position of begging any tenant to stay. I have imposed caution fee where a potential tenant drops a certain amount of money before they move in. If they spoil anything, they forfeit the money. If they don't, I refund the money to them when their rent expires.

Excellent. It is so important to set your own rules before accepting any tenant. In this way, you avoid any future problems with the tenants.

It is also important to make your property up to standard. In that way, you would be able to set your rules and people would still patronize you and agree to rent your property.

I know how annoying it could be when the tenants are owing especially light bill
