Have You Invested in ETFs?

ETF or Exchange Traded Funds are investment pool securities that people can buy as an investment and also trade whenever they need money or want to take profits and move on. ETFs are just like Mutual funds, and the basic difference is you can trade ETFs in the market, but you cannot trade Mutual Funds. ETFs are considered less risky compared to stock investments.

I have also never invested in ETF. It seems like some kind of security backed up by private and governmental sectors. There are many such kind of securities and many people invest in these securities because they offer great returns.

In my opinion there are many differences between equity funds and ETFs, for ETF shares purchased on the primary or secondary market, if we buy shares on the secondary market at least 1 lot or 100 shares, it requires more capital compared to mutual funds that only purchase 1 share. .

It is very lucrative but it is risky. I guess a lot of us just think about the money or lucrative part. We should also think about the kind of risk that we can encounter

I've not invested in ETFs. Even though they are considered to be less risky than stock market like you said, i'm still scared because there is still some level of risk attached to it.

I have traded with them, such as with the nasdaq 100 the sp500 or the daw jones, so I have come to interact with them, most of the ETFs in which you invest must have a long-term objective.
