There are a lot of investment and trading apps that allow you to invest in foreign companies. For instance, you can invest in Google or Tesla even when you are not based in the United States by using platforms like Robinhood and Webull. I have not invested in any foreign companies. In my home country it is illegal to invest in foreign companies.

Besides being largely a 'local' person, I currently lack the requisite funds to invest in any worthwhile company. A key reason for this 'poverty' is that the worthwhile companies are located in countries that use currencies that are extremely stronger than the currency used in my country.
There are not many foreign companies in here. The fact of the matter remains that there are a few of them. However, even they are not performing well as the economical conditions are quite poor.
Wow, thanks a bunch for dropping this, I never had of the investment apps you just mentioned, webull and robin hood, I would definitely arrange some few bucks and invest in some foreign companies, and I think there is no restrictions in my home country as to what and where one should invest.
Though I live in Hong Kong, other than investing in local stock market, I can still invest in US stocks. I have bought some US stocks through the investment account with my bank.
I have never really invested in any local companies before not to mention foreign ones. Before i would think of making an investment with a foreign company, i would like a situation where i have more ideas and experience with the local ones. Through them, i should be able to find the legit foreign ones.
I have only bought stocks in financial institutions in my country. Having to invest in another country now is something I am not open to I. Maybe later in life, I might consider it.
I always plan to do so, however, there are not many foreign companies in my country. Majority of the companies in here are actually local companies that conduct and target the local audience in here.
For a fact that investing in a foreign company seems to be holding good profit but it is not trustworthy to me and safe so I will rather invest in my own business or that of a friend our family than to invest in a foreign company.
