Have You Invested in REIT

REIT or real estate investment trust is an investment scheme where you invest I real estate through a trust just like you invest through stock market. You buy shares instead of directly investing in real estate property. Have you invested in REIT? I haven't because REIT is not available here.

I have never invested in REITs, because we as investors have no choice, all products are chosen by the investment manager, so we have no control over the investment portfolio we have. REITs also charge annual fees of about 10% of returns.
