Just like free hosted blogs, you can also created free hosted forums. You do not have to spend any money to run forums with free hosted platform. One of the most popular free hosted forum platform is proboards. Have you tried it?

I have never tried out one but it's something that l had thought about and l would try that one.

I got into this hobby using ProBoards back in the day, so I'm very familiar with it. I've also played with Forumotion and Jcink, which are a couple other noteworthy free forum hosts.
