Mining is no more profitable like before because the hash rate have dropped. A miner need a mining rig to make some profit . Moreover, there is need to put electricity cost into consideration. When you check all these, you will realised it will difficult to make profit at current price of bitcoin

If you have investment in the two before 2021, you would have made lots of profit. Because don't that time ltc was $40 but by 2021 it rise to above $200

Before that, they were much higher, I was mining when LTC was above $400, it was just crash which led their value down.

Laptop cannot mine, you need better computer, presently such comuter is very heavy, like a computer of 1960-70.

There is money to be made on mining. But you can't become rich mining cryptos. You can only make passive income in it which is not sufficient to offset the cost of operating it.
