I had other things I was doing at that time so I could not focus. What I learnt is that it is a very lucrative business. A lot of people prefer using solar energy to generators.

Yes. Solar business is currently booming. People really do prefer solar panels over generators because it’s more economical in the long run. I personally haven’t been in this business but this is surely a business for people over here to look at in the near future.

I don't like to purchase things on credit. I always think about the benefit of the seller. It will be loss at their end

This is very true. Most shops in Nigeria rely on solar powered bulbs to do their businesses into the night. With the current trend, solar products are high in demand and would continue to be for the next 2 decades.
