I don't have account with fiverr simply because I don't have time for freelancing. I have my offline engagements which will not allow me to concentrate on freelancing

If you have some skills then you can register there and make gig of your skill when people worldwide visit your gig and they required particular expertise then they will contact with you.If nobody need that skill then you get nothing for years.
I tried out Fiver some long time ago. However I couldn't make it with it. I found that most tasks need onliners that have been skilled or trained and that have some working experiences which Made me to be screened out.
Try to switch to another freelancing platform like for exmple Sprout Gigs because I have also faced the same issue when working on Fiverr no orders for my gigs that seems obvious.
