For a Manufacturing unit having it's own truck or transport is so useful because many times they need to get the material from nearby suppliers and they may not be able to send immediately and in those cases we can use our transport to get the material as soon as possible.

Well I have ease when I go out to bring back materials for working site with my boss vehicle and it is always better than having to look for a transport vehicle

There is a popular cement manufacturing company in my country. They have over a hundred trucks for delivery

We usually keep 4-5 days inventory in case of the local parts and there are some suppliers who can't keep the inventory so for them we have to send our vehicle to pick up RM.

We have good monitoring on the RM. As our many units make the same product, so in any adverse situation we get RM from our sister unit.
