In India Betting was allowed but these companies have taken the route where they publicize their companies as sports games and allow users to play with others and even with computer and are paid when they win so its also a form of betting and these betting companies are ahead in advertising their products on every possible medium and through that they are infecting the minds of youth.

Betting is something I have just not got to understand because it is a game of chance,actually the biggest ponzi scheme or pyramid scheme in my case.This is because the house will never loose but there has to be someone who looses in order to have someone who wins

Many of my friends, colleagues and even family members like to gamble which they call it casual gambling but they are not spending bigger amounts so this is just for fun but I feel they should stop as they are giving these betting companies a reason to keep playing with youth and making their lives tough as the end result is they don't pay and only make us bankrupt.

In India, everyone can participate in these casual betting apps and games and they just need to be of 18 years of age and only 2-3 states have banned these apps and banned betting and all others are allowing their citizens to bet freely as per their choice and with this, they are playing with the minds of the people and I am sure many parents or grown-ups, old people are also interested in it as daily millions of people are playing these games and losing their money.
I would like to take part in this but I would like to know if it's still operating?

Same thing is happening in India and even if they are not doing it full time they are spending lot of money on it and the harsh reality is not everyone can win so 99% of users will lose their money and it's dependent on luck only.
That's the funny part of it. The system is so addictive that you see a loser of yesterday, heavily betting the next day to what end I don't get it.
Gambling and betting is not allowed in my country. I think that gambling is bad and this is why the government takes actions against gamblers. There are many illegal places where gambling takes place, though.
I am from Pakistan and in our country this is not legal. However, illegal gambling dens certainly do exist in many places in here, despite the fact that the government has tried to demolish them.

They are also creating apps that are more easily accessible to young people, making betting more accessible and attractive to them.
