a Visa card in my country can not make transactions in every website because they don't accept it. But a US Visa card is accepted everywhere

You don't need US prepaid card for you to do transaction on the internet. You can get Visa virtual card through with skrill or paypal. Once you have a valid identification number, you can have a card from Visa or Mastercard through PayPal or skrill.
