Loyalty is primarily driven by the quality of the products you offer. There are people who might not like you in person. but would still patronize you because you have a good product.

In order to get customers loyalty first thing first you need to be sincere and loyal with your customers, once they get this impression that you are loyal with them then they'll be loyal with you too.
