How can one deal with time consuming jobs

It's easier said then done. Even yesterday I planned to complete some urgent work quickly but it took me whole day but I'm glad it's done lol

You are right. Why we need to dwell with such a situation. If we can find a suitable job for us, then we can go for it. I cannot deal with a job that there are so many idle time.

Once we get an offline job then we have to do it, certain tasks we assigned on daily basis and it's depends on us that how smartly we complete these tasks in less time.

That is the problem we face in tier 3 countries. We are always overworked for the pay we are receiving. How can someone work for a whole month for a pay that is less than $50.

For me in a Job I sometimes look at what comes out from the job. Provided I would be paid for my time in the job, I would surely not have any problems with that.

Yes we can sometimes look at what the job will offer us if it comes with good pay and perks then it is worth the take and if the work environment is good

I am also thinking that time will not be wasted if the employee can do other things at their workplace. I am sure they can be more productive in their own ways. I will not do these things if not being paid competitively though.
