You have to try harder to convince your brother, then. This business is everyone's favorite, as long as we get the skills and promote it in smart way. People these days tend to order online/thru foods apps to get their favorite's foods.
I will convince him with lots of capital so he can start. If I earn thousands here I can give to him so he can start and share his talent to the people around us.

Yes, indeed, creating youtube channel is always a good idea, watching people cooking delicious foods is so fun to watch and makes me hungry at the same time LOL.
Its better creating youtube channel than writing the recipes on blog. I'm into visual and i dont like reading recipes LOL
Learning from youtube is much simple, just copy what we see and practise makes perfect. I though not only cooking, we always find some tutorials on youtube for several problems, right? I do it many times, though
YouTube is a life changing source for me because I learned many new things and found many sources in it.
Definitely it is more than TV because you can see what you want but in TV you must watch what they stream.

Here I am, I have become a pro just by watching YouTube food channels so it was worthwhile for me
I think the YouTube channel generates more money. i for one love heading to YouTube to get new recipes and i have never come across a video having no reactions. At the end of the day we all love trying out new meals and what better way than to actually watch somebody cook.
Eventhough, today TV provide on demand video, so we can watch the last 7 days shows. But again youtube more simple. Have you try making youtube video about food or you filming while making you favorite foods?
I didn't use YouTube to post my videos yet but it is a great way of making money, if I find great content then I will definitely start a YouTube channel, by the way do you have a YouTube channel?
I only watch youtube, i dont have youtube channel. And i dont have any plan to make ones for now. I dont know, maybe in the future i will do it but not for now. I always love watching youtube video about cooking
If you are good at cooking, you can offer home catering service. You can also publish cookbooks or upload videos on YouTube to teach people how to cook certain dishes. You can make good money if you have a lot of viewers.
