How did you win over your First customer?

One of the customers i got last year, i was able to win him over with just two things. First and foremost my price was way cheaper than what others usually charged him and my designs where quality designs. How did you win yours?

It is also the same thing. I won over a client online because of the reasons you mentioned. In addition, I usually use catch spiel when promoting my items online.

I remember the very first customer I ever got, I was able to win them over because I offered a small gig that would allow them to try my service and it would only cost them a little. This allowed them to see my work and decide from that if they wanted to hire me again. I as I always do, ensured that my best work was done and that I completed the order in a timely manner because of that they were happy and kept me on as a regular and that gave me a regular customer.

It's through marketing of my business products and services that I was able to get my first customer who bought from me after explaining the product to him.

To win over any customers you would need to convince the person because convincing using different means is a lot easier to do and it does bring good results too

The most interesting answer to this question came when I started my offline business supplying computer systems and software for auto dealers to calculate, negotiate and print documentation for every sale they made. Back then, a very large protion of their profits came from selling financing and credit life insurance as an add-on and every dealership had trained F&I agents as the final person the customer faced. They were experts at closing sales and packing the profit with these computers. It was so profitable, that the agencies that supplied these policies would pay for the computer systems (often 4 to 6 workstations) if they would only sell their F&I Policies. How I got my first sale was one of these agents tracked me down and begged me to write the software and supply the systems exclusivly for him, which I did for the next 45 years.

I won my first customer because they had searched for a product for a very long time, traveling over longer distances, looking up here and there but when they arrived at my business they got that product asap.

The best way we can win over our first customers is to treat them very well and give them a discount price on whatever products they buy

Being very friendly and caring is one of the best ways you can win over your first customer. That is why as someone that wants to go into a business you need to be very friendly.

I know so many sellers that I am loyal to because of the way they treat me nicely and I cannot patronize another person

Yeah, once you begin to treat your customers nicely, it is even possible to ask them about their family members and their well-being. I think these are some of the strategies of getting customers.

Customers love it when someone treats them very well and they dislike it when the person treats them like trash
