In my country we can refer to them as sir or madam alternatively we can use the mister and madam when referring to the males and females bosses respectively.

So you just have to respect your boss no matter what condition. That is very good.Over here in my country we strongly believe in ethics. For most of us our boss is usually someone who is older than in terms of age, so we have to give them that respect. Calling them by their first name is the complete opposite of disrespect.
