How do you assess the potential outcomes of each decision before making a significant business decision?

For me, it is best to use some tools to arrive with the final decisions in business. I used to use Decision Tree Analysis. It needs to determine first the Problem Tree Analysis and then, plot the Solution Tree Analysis before having the final decisions.

Before I would make a decision due to past occurrence or current events. Now it's better to follow trends when making business decisions. It ensures you're always up to date.

Honestly speaking, I don't analyze the potential outcomes, I don't even attempt to do that. If I had that level of skills, would I be posting on a forum, wouldn't I be working as a business coach?

When i am stock and do not know what choice to take, what i simply do is find out form does who have more experience than me. They would definitely have the answers i need.

That's why it's good to pass through an apprenticeship or mentorship program so one can have someone to go to in time of difficulties.
