I do agree that it is always a two-process of communicating with others. Besides the point, we need to incorporate professionalism in doing so. There are times that some people forget this simple principle.

Correct while maintaining a professional demeanor when conveying messages. Namely, stay in serious mode because you are in working hours, avoid joking around a lot so that it can disturb a conducive and calm condition in the work environment.

Communication is a two way process. Your message must be clear and precise. Make sure the recipient understands your message. Listen to his/her feedback. In face to face communication, remember body language matters.

Is very important to talk to people professionally especial when you are talking to people who you work with because it will not be nice to be talking to them casually and it will bring some disrespect.

Building effective communication in business is very important, both verbal and non-verbal communication. So we must be able to receive messages while listening to other people talking, asking questions if we don't understand. don't interrupt someone's conversation. Use a formal language style, and what is important is that we also have to master the problem/subject matter of conversation.
