An effective way of communicating in business is to build two-way communication. We convey information, we also listen to what the other person's response is. Make sure both of them really understand what is meant, so that there are no misunderstandings.

I do agree that it is always a two-process of communicating with others. Besides the point, we need to incorporate professionalism in doing so. There are times that some people forget this simple principle.
Correct while maintaining a professional demeanor when conveying messages. Namely, stay in serious mode because you are in working hours, avoid joking around a lot so that it can disturb a conducive and calm condition in the work environment.
