Most times at the office when bored and there is no work to do, we can simply engage ourselves with our phones. In a situation where you do not have access to your phone or phones are not allowed within the working environment, how do you prevent boredom when you are not engaged in any work?

In my side and office I always have good music player on my desk it's help me cope with my bored life so I believe social media and music can help you cope with stress aside from this I also have my lady always before me to ease the stress

That's why I said in a situation where there is notting to do. There are times where you might actually finish your task or assignment, so you will be completely free.
It is better if we could report to work earlier or before the time because we can finish the work earlier and we can chance ourselves to do a side hustle. That is how to ease boredom.
If one loves the work one does even though it could be boring then boredom never sets in
I don't think I have ever been in that position where there is no work to do. In my business, we always have work. It is inexhaustible.
It can be a really hard thing to deal with boredom when you are at work. Many people may not like their job due to various reason. Not getting paid enough is one of the main reasons why people dislike their job.
