Well, it it was my fault as a seller I will accept them.and replace them but if it is that of the buyer no change at all

That's the point where warranty comes in and is well defined. If it is within warranty cover, I just fulfil my warranty terms. If it is not, I communicate to the customer the options available.

Returns inward goods are treated separately by individual companies. There are goods that are not liable by companies. Anything that happen to such goods would be liable by logistics company.

I think we need to be sure for the clients to dispose all the items and not to be returned to us as much as possible. Some companies have to create a black-and-white agreement that it cannot be returned.

The returns meant here is the profit earned by the business owner weekly or monthly. It is not about the items bought then to be returned. For the returns of my business, I save them because I plan to open another branch of my milk tea business.

I think the best thing to do in such cases would be to let the wholesalers know or wherever you got the goods from. As long as the fault is from you they have to change it.

There's should be a policy already on ground about returns in the community or company. So if the customers follow the returns policy when there should be no argument the returns should be sorted.

There will surely be a policy and some companies or business shops do not allow returns because some of these people might have damaged the goods and package it back without the knowledge of the company

You would need to always be polite and considerate when it comes to return of items by customers they need to know that you have their best interest at heart

You just have to check to be sure goods is liable by your company or the logistics company.Returns goods case should be treated with care to avoid offending that customers.

If goods are damaged during transit and the customer requests a return, I think the seller has to honor the request. This will help to gain customer trust and boost the company's reputation.

You may save or invest the returns if your business. Don't let it sleep. Money flies on the window and evaporate forever should it be not be cares logically. There should be constant monitoring too.
