How do you feel about business losses?

Today, I found out that there are some goods in my shop that are expired and it’s not my fault. There have not been much sales these days coupled with the fact that the particular product gets expired so fast.

I really felt bad because I can’t sell it to anyone. How would you feel if you were in my shoes?

You just have to take the loss. One thing that you should be very particular about going forward is how to manage your inventory. You really need to sit down and work on that so that the losses won't come again.

In my country, suppliers usually get the expired ones and changed them the new ones.

That's bad but since you know that there low sales now try to reduce your purchases. Buy more of products that are fast sales

There is nothing much you can do about the situation. You just have to keep an eye on such products in future and stock minimally.
