How do you fight winter blues?

The shorter days and lack of sunshine can really dampen my mood during the winter months. To combat the winter blues, I make an effort to get outside as much as possible, even if it's cloudy.

Indeed, winter months with shorter days may affect our mood. I usually go out for a walk or if it is too cold, I stay home and play musical instruments.

I do not get winter blues, in fact I love winters, I like eating hot foods, cuddle on bed and watch TV shows or play games.

For me l really have nothing to say about the winter blues. I really dislike that so much.

It's the opposite for me, I actually enjoy such weathers, so I don't really mind weathers like this.
