There are people that are bullish by nature. They want everyone to succumb to their whims and caprices. What do you do to as a manager to manage this kind of people in an organization. Do they have benefits to an organization?

For me, the best option is to report them to the Human Resource Department. They are the ones who can handle this in a proper way. Bullies can have sanctions, be terminated, and the like.

The best thing is to report them to the management or report them to a high-ranked worker

The best thing to do would be to have them reported to the authority at work. But if they are the authority, then it's best to quit the job.

As a manager it is your duty to let them know such characters would not be accepted. Everyone has their role and duty to play, if they choose not to follow through, then there should be a punishment attached to when they commit an offence.

I'll report their actions to their Supervisor and the Human Resources Department for them to take appropriate sanctions.
indeed, i know that every Human Resources Department have several action for this kind of worker, thats the rules though. Every employees works everyday to earn monet not to get bullies from others, thats so wrong on so many level
