How do you handle gossips

I do not entertain gossip. I leave those people alone who love to destroy people without basis or defamed the reputations of someone else. They are in no position to correct people's attitude, the more chaos happens somewhere.

That's right it is always the reflection of the other person's insecurities. So you don't have to bother indulging them at all.
