How do you mend your broken heart?

Have you ever experienced a heart broken into pieces? I did. It seems killing me -and it seems no more reason to go on living. It was so painful that I wanted to take revenge, but my strong faith to God stopped me from doing it. I meditated and finally resolved the conflicts of my emotions. My mind told me to be happy instead for it was not late to know the real score and intention of the man I trusted my love. It is better to have love and lost than never to have love at all and to heal the misery s love itself.

Yes, it drained us, and live like being tortured, why suffer that way when we can escape that cage of frustrations?
