in my country registering your business is not a hard thing to do. You just need some money and go to corporate affairs commission and get your business registered.

True here in Nigeria i have even seen some sites where you can do the registration in online. The only problem is that the price is really not high, but the staffs working there tend to add to the original price the government have agreed on.

that is because they are simply doing businesses. You don't actually expect them to give you at the original price because they spend their money to power the place and also start the business.
