How do you start your day?

I start my day by praying, then I move to check my mails to be sure I'm not missing anything or information and I can then opt into earning sites . What about you?

Lately first thing what I do is eating. If I need I prepare food or just eat something from fridge.

I cannot a morning walk because of work. Once I am done with my light breakfast, I will proceed with my teaching stunt. But I can do walking after.
