How do you think women make good business leaders?

In my country there are many women who have ambitions to become leaders, some even want to become president (state leader).Yes, even though I myself have no problem having a female boss, as long as she can be a good boss. What do you think, is it good for a company to be led by a woman?

For me i believe anyone can make good leaders in business or even in any organization be it man or woman. Its not the gender that matters, what matters is their thinking capacity.

I don't think gender matters. Both men and women can be leaders if they have the right attributes. I can see that many women are working in top management team of an organization.

Men can also lead and so the women, it basically depends upon one commitment of a person, if he is committed to hit his/her goal then finally he hit it.

I am an advocate of gender equality. It means that both genders can be a good leader in companies, organizations, etc. Being a woman president is fine. In fact, it happened in my country before. It is not only once but twice before.

Yes of course everybody can become a good business leader people with disabilities health issues and more they can still become a good leader gender doesn't matter at all woman can perfectly be a good leader

Yes, that's true I totally agree with you. But if here the person who is chosen to be a leader is not always the smartest person, but he is someone who is good at communicating, has high authority, and can influence other people to do what he tells them to do.

I don't think it is about the gender for me. I think it is just an individual thing women do have ambitions though but it goes beyond that One must be visionary
